We are seeking an awesome front of house all-rounder to join the Boss Squad and help sling some epic burgers to the people of North Hobart Love working with people? Love making people happy with Burgs? Can your milkshakes bring all of the people of North Hobart to Boss? Or maybe just want a change and give something new a crack? We don’t discriminate We can train anyone with a can-do attitude and a passion to learn We're looking for a Casual Super-Star to serve out smiles and tasty burgers, offering 16-20 hours per week.

Boss Burger Co is a fast-emerging American inspired Burger restaurant providing the people with delicious, quality food made fresh to order, backed with exceptional customer service and a love for what we do. We love our burgs and we love our crew and are passionate about building quality teams who flourish in a positive, fun and dedicated environment

**Are you our type?**
- You are keen to help us sell some delicious and sexy looking burgs
- Available for regular Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts from 11am-3pm.
- You have a positive and upbeat attitude, no bad vibes here.
- You love talking to people, making people happy and providing the best for our customers
- You are a hard worker who’s dedicated to building something epic.
- You have a great willingness to learn and are keen for workplace coaching.
- You can kick it independently, but love working with a team to make the dream work.

**Is it just slinging and selling delicious burgs?**
- We love our burgs and as a Front of House team member we expect you to know our burgs in and out Don’t sweat it, we can teach you all things boss so you can be a boss at serving
- Making a mean milkshake.
- Making laps of tables bringing the burgs to the people
- Packing up bags full of happiness and burgs for takeaways
- Making our customers fall in love with our burgs like we do and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining an extremely high standard of cleanliness.
- Did we mention sell some sexy burgs?

**How soon can I start?**

Successful applicants will be required to attend a job trial, backed up by a training shift at our North Hobart location.

**Please note: We pay under the Fast Food Industry Award and therefore our wage range reflects from Juniors
- Seniors according to this award. Please see this link for details and pay information;

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $12.36 - $37.10 per hour
