Are you a fantastic disability support worker?
- Regular shifts, flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- $39.80 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax)

We're building a team for 2 clients, one in the Emerald and the other in the Glen Waverley area. You would be Working 1:1, you'll provide personal care and home support. If you're an experienced disability support worker or have a background in healthcare (nursing students are encouraged to apply) and an animal lover then we'd love to hear from you to see if you're a match

**About us**

We're InLife. A not-for-profit disability support provider that specialises in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.

We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences. We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community (and we love to make that happen). That's why our assistants are so important.

Our clients may have physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability or autism. We're honoured that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs. Nobody else. Just us.

Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell and Bendigo.

**To do a great job, you'll need**:

- Experience and skills supporting clients who have a physical disability; Particularly Spinal cord Injury and/or Quadriplegia
- Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
- Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.
- Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals. For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program
- Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle
- Willingness to work varied shifts; day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required. We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)
