**Lion Packaging** is seeking a dynamic **Operation & Information Coordinator**to oversee information flow, coordinate system development processes, and enhance organisational efficiency. This role involves active participation in improving internal processes, including CRM and inventory management systems, by analysing data flow in and out of the business. It is a key support role that directly contributes to effective business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse and improve information flow and document management processes
- Utilise the data to conduct business analysis, identify inefficiencies in processes and internal policy and propose effective solutions
- Facilitate systematic tracking and management processes for outgoing pallets and paper stock, CRM systems integrated with Xero
- Assess and manage the transition of orders to a barcode tracking system
- Prepare SOPs and internal documentation to facilitate interdepartmental information sharing
- Produce management reports and contribute to business planning with data analysis
- Ensure information sharing and record-keeping systems comply with relevant laws and the company’s standards

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business/Data Analysis
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Completion of a Workplace Skills Certificate Program or a Diploma of Marketing & Communication is a plus

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management and process improvement
- Proven experience in CRM and inventory system implementation and maintenance
- Track record of success in digital transformation

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiar with Xero, CRM platforms, and inventory control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, task tracking, and organisational abilities

Additional Information:

- A valid driver’s license is preferred due to occasional travel

Pay: $7,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
