Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for a casual CA to join our Maroochydore team, with potentially 10 - 15 hours a week on offer. **Availability across Monday to Thursday**, with shifts spanning mornings (7:30am-12pm) and evenings (2pm-7pm).

**Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant**:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills
- High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
