St Matthew’s, located in the heart of Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches; is a growing evangelical Anglican church with a vision to grow God’s church through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following a long and fruitful season of ministry, and with recent staff movements, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Youth Minister to continue growing this vital and exciting ministry. We are seeking to appoint a theologically trained minister to join our team from January 2026.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is theologically trained and gospel-hearted.
- Has strong Bible teaching and leadership gifts.
- Can lead, train and develop volunteers.
- Has leadership and pastoral experience in leading youth ministries of medium to large sizes.
- Has a desire to support and grow gospel ministry in a dynamic, team-based church setting.
