Working in the OTC Derivative Operations Team within Corporate & Institutional Banking, this team is committed to providing transaction life-cycle management solutions that support the tactical and strategic aims of our customers, business stakeholders and the broader bank.

**About The Role**

You will be a key member in a team responsible for confirming and reconciling Derivative products for Nab Australia, Asia and Bank of New Zealand efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure, to provide business partners and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practise service.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for performing confirmation matching, reconciliation related tasks
- Sending of regular client reporting and trade life cycle event documentation
- Liaise with and act as the key contact point for internal and external customers and service providers

This role in a full-time opportunity with your working hours Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. You will be required to work some public holidays as required by the business. You will receive 1:1 training from a highly supportive and experienced team.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage peak periods of work volumes, work as part of a high performing team, have a strong customer service focus, proactive nature and a desire to learn. Previous experience in Derivative products, Foreign Exchange, or Collateral will be well regarded.
