**Site Supervisor - Commercial Cleaner (Part Time)**

**Location: Berwick VIC 3806**
**Hours of work**:Part Time, Monday - Friday, 4:00pm to 9:00pm
**GREAT pay conditions, with Leading Hand Allowance on top of your wage**

We are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, hands-on commercial Supervisor/cleaner at a private school facility in Berwick.

You will be responsible for one of our most prestigious sites at a private high school supervising and developing staff and client relationship building.

**Well presented applicants with highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) and**extensive cleaning**knowledge are encouraged to apply.**

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

- Cleaning career-minded person
- Ability to organize a work site and supervise staff (up to 8 staff)
- Extensive and comprehensive hands-on experience in commercial cleaning, minimum 3-4 years experience in supervision or management
- Possess excellent communication, organization, time management and reporting skills, proven leadership qualities, strong influencing skills
- Knowledge in the use of buffing, scrubbing machines including strip and sealing floors in considered an advantage
- Experience in cleaning schools in also highly desirable
- **Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check**
