**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Crack Injection Technician** to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out resin injection works, using **polyurethane** and **acrylic resins** to seal cracks, control water ingress, and remediate structural defects in concrete.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in concrete repair, waterproofing, or similar fields who takes pride in quality workmanship.

You will also be trained in and responsible for using our **Simpro job management system** to manage job information, record site details, and complete reporting efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform crack injections using polyurethane and acrylic resins, selecting appropriate materials based on site conditions (e.g., active leaks, dry cracks, fine fissures).
- Use polyurethane resins for flexible sealing of water-bearing cracks where rapid expansion is required.
- Prepare work areas, including surface cleaning, installation of packers, and surface sealing prior to injection.
- Set up and operate high
- and low-pressure injection pumps accurately, ensuring proper resin flow and penetration.
- Conduct inspections of cracks and surrounding structures to determine the correct method and material.
- Maintain injection equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and operating safely.
- Use our job management system (Simpro) to:

- Receive job allocations and updates,
- Record site notes, photos, and materials used,
- Complete job reports and client sign-offs digitally.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of site conditions, injection pressures, materials, and volumes.
- Follow all occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, working safely on construction sites, basements, confined spaces, or elevated areas if needed.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in crack injection, waterproofing, concrete remediation, or structural repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, repair specifications, and method statements.
- Basic digital literacy — comfortable using mobile apps and tablets (experience with Simpro preferred but not essential; training provided).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - **essential**.
- Current valid driver's license - **essential**.
- Confined Space and/or Working at Heights certifications - **preferred but not essential**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team.
