**What do we need you to do?**

You’ll provide care and companionship to residents living in our residential home to support their independence and improve their quality of life through activities that include:

- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene & dressing, help at mealtimes and general mobility
- Assisting residents with selected medication types and simple wound dressings
- Providing support with community based recreational and social activities and of course, friendly conversation.

**What do we need you to bring?**
- Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience in aged or community care but if you’re qualified and just starting out on your carer then we’d love to hear from you too.
- You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful, and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
