As the first point of contact, you will be a dynamic and motivated professional accustomed to juggling competing priorities. As well as providing clerical support to managers and staff, you will act as a liaison for residents and relatives ensuring excellent care and a quality lifestyle are provided to all residents by meeting their social and wellbeing needs.

**Essential Requirements**: Experience and knowledge of residential aged care, dementia care and palliative care issues. Sound Microsoft Office skills and demonstrated planning and organisational ability. High levels of interpersonal and communication skills. Current First Aid Certificate. Knowledge of Manual Handling techniques. Current drivers licence.

**Desirable**: Willing to work towards qualifications in Welfare or Community Services Ability to prioritise and maintain a high standard of work under sustained work pressures.
