Bennie Adam Ice Cream is a proudly Brisbane-based dessert company, specialising in premium ice cream cakes. We are passionate about creating high-quality products and meaningful community experiences.

As we expand our reach, we’re looking for motivated individuals to help promote and sell our cakes throughout the Brisbane region.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking confident and self-driven individuals to join our team as **Cake Sales Representatives**. This role is commission-based and ideal for those who enjoy flexible work, communicating with people, and taking ownership of their performance.

Representatives will be responsible for promoting Bennie Adam cakes using a branded sales kit and personal discount code. Sales are tracked digitally, and representatives are paid using a tiered commission per cake sold.

The more cakes you sell each week, the more you earn **per cake (for all cakes sold in that week)**.
- Start at **$20 per cake**:

- Each extra cake sold that week increases your rate by **$1**:

- Maxes out at **$40 per cake**

Once they hit a new tier, **all cakes sold that week** are paid at that tier’s rate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell Bennie Adam ice cream cakes in your local area
- Present product details using a provided catalogue (including photos, prices, ingredients, and sizes)
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the Bennie Adam brand

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or community engagement is highly regarded
- Must have or be willing to obtain an **ABN**:

- Must be 18+ or legally able to work as a contractor in Australia

**Important Details**
- This is a **commission-only role**:

- This is an **independent contractor position**, not an employee role
- You are responsible for managing your own tax and superannuation obligations

**How to Apply**

Pay: $71,351.29 - $175,034.65 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
