**Position Purpose**:
ADG Engineers (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled **Power Platform Specialist** to join our digital team in Brisbane. This position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop business systems, websites and mobile apps using Power platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Advise on and support across the Microsoft Stack, including Azure.
- Monitor solution performance, make necessary adjustments, and document all aspects for reference, and troubleshooting.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and solutions.

**Position Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience as a Developer in Power platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience developing in a Cloud environment, working with DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training experience.
