**The Opportunity**

Avance is excited to announce that due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for four new starters to enter Avance Clinical’s CRA LaunchPad - a CRA I development program.

If you have experience in clinical trials and have a life science degree this role could be for the first step in a long-term career as a CRA and beyond at one of Australia’s top CRO’s.

Working within a highly supportive team you will be led on an 8-week journey learning about all aspects of the role of a Clinical Research Associate where ultimately, you’ll perform activities associated with the evaluation, initiation, monitoring & close out of clinical trials. The CRA LaunchPad will be a combination of self-learning, instructor led sessions, on the job training and mentoring.

After successful completion of the 8-week program, CRAs will join the CRA clinical department and will be assigned their own projects.

**These permanent roles have a Monday 5**th** September start date and can be based in Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne.**

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 12 months exposure to a Clinical Trials environment.
- Formal ICH GCP training (desirable) and a well-developed knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Effective written and oral communications skills, including the ability to keep clients, senior management and other stakeholders informed of project updates and other pertinent information.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising good judgment.
- Awareness of Privacy Legislation as it applies to the Clinical Trial environment (desirable).
