**A day in the life of..**
- Reporting to the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager, and working with multi-functional stakeholders, you will champion compliance in safety, health, environment, and quality across the site through activities, which include:

- Support the SHE Manager with the implementation of the Safety and Risk Management Systems, and continuously improve site compliance with OHSAS standards and WHS legislative obligations.
- Coordinate, monitor, and maintain records for all mandatory safety training across the site; including, Permit to Work, Forklift VOCs, LOTO, Low Voltage Rescue, First Aid, Fire Warden, Health & Safety Reps, manufacturing safety checks, etc.
- Undertake and coach risk assessments and maintain a comprehensive risk register, with robust controls, and monitor for effectiveness and compliance.
- Manage site safety inductions and contractor WH&S compliance.
- Oversee the injury management and return to work process.
- Participate in the planning, conducting, and reporting of internal audits, and coordinate adequate preparation for compliance with external audits.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- A minimum qualification of Cert IV in OH&S, preferably with some formal Audit training
- Two or more years’ experience in a similar role
- Practical exposure to compliance with international standards - ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 22000 & ISO45001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
