**The Role**
As a Powerline Scoper you will work autonomously to conduct detailed inspections and assessments of powerline infrastructure, providing detailed reports, photos and material requirements. you will be based out of our Kenwick Depot; this role involves extensive regional travel in the Southwest of Western Australia on a 10/4 roster Tuesday to Thursday.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Network Scoper will be responsible for:

- Identify and document issues, hazards and maintenance requirements
- Plan scoping operations to consider all factors including but nt limited to environmentally sensitive zones, rail/road consideration, schools/businesses etc.
- Site Scoping Works
- Liaising with landowners regarding Site Entry requirements.
- Take high quality photos of assets.
- Producing technical queries to be submitted to clients.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of Design Catalogue and Distribution Construction Handbook.
- Scoping work and collate materials lists accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide Support to BSO where necessary in regard to materials or technical queries.

**Essential Requirements/Skills/Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Scoping and Inspections.
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in scoping of materials.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- National Police Clearance.
- OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
- Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate.
- Accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills include presentation/finishing skills.
- Good judgement and decision making.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to other worksites to complete project work as required.

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in utilities and/or construction and/or resources industry.
- Cert 3 ESI Distribution or equivalent qualification.
