**About us**:
**Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney** is seeking an experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** on a Full time basis, though will start the position on Part Time basis for a newly refurbished restaurant within our hotel, Gumtree Restaurant & Bar.

The Restaurant specialized in Australian Modern Cuisine. There are catering and function requirements along with Uber eats and room service. We require someone who will take the lead and support the team.

**Please note that this is a**:

- Full time role start as Part Time.
- Must have a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

Reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the daily service of the restaurant. Taking on the supervisor’s position. To be successful for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Experience working in a fast paced Restaurant and/or café
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
- Have immaculate presentation
- Previous experience in conference and function setup and implementation
- Excellent food & beverage knowledge
- Ability to construct a roster
- Previous ordering of Beverage and stocktaking experience
- Knowledge of training staff
- Highly motivated & energetic
- Strong team player
- Ability to work under pressure
