- Facial Characteristics: The role is suited for a mature-aged gent with facial characteristics conducive to portraying the beloved figure of Santa Claus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends in November and December, as well as occasional weeknights, to accommodate the festive season's demands.
- Embrace the Christmas Lore: Willingness to delve into the rich lore and traditions of Christmas, ensuring an authentic portrayal of Santa Claus.
- Characteristics of Santa Claus: Exude friendliness, possess a deep voice, and maintain a jolly disposition throughout interactions with both small and large family groups.
- Experience and Expertise: Previous experience as Santa Claus is advantageous, though not mandatory. A real beard is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Toys and Trends: Stay updated on the latest toy trends and preferences, or be willing to research and familiarize oneself with the ever-changing landscape of children's wishes.
- Time Management and Structured Work: Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to set schedules and structures while maintaining the enchantment and magic of the holiday season.
