We are seeking an energetic and organised individual to assist our team in dispensing medications. Be part of an industry leading team with one of the most highly regarded medicinal cannabis experts in the country.

**Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited too**:

- Inbound and outbound calls to confirm orders
- Managing and Inputting Patient details into software
- Administration and other general clerical duties
- Completing orders
- Receiving Medication orders
- Stocktake Assistance (fast paced)
- Data Entry
- Wrapping and packing orders

**To be considered for the position you will need**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Organisation and Management of Time
- Ability for follow Protocols and Procedures
- Minimum Typing Speed of 40 WPM
- Microsoft Office / CRM Experience
- Experience with FRED or other pharmacy software highly regarded
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Experience in Medical Reception, Dispensary or Pharmacy assistance, Hospitality/Customer Service preferred but not essential.

Pay: From $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wilston QLD 4051: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy clerical: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
