We are looking to hire an experienced wait staff to join our team at Ruocco's Pizzeria E Ristorante in South Fremantle. Offering above award (RIA) hourly rates, plus all penalties and superannuation. Free off-street parking is available. Flexible rostering to accomodate a healthy work-life balance. Applicants would need to meet the following criteria:

- minimum 12 months experience in waiting tables, a la carte service.
- understands the importance of knowing your menu and its components.
- able to carry at least three plates at a time.
- well-presented, clean, neat and organised.
- worked in fast-paced and high volume environments.
- has an acceptable level of food and wine knowledge.
- able to build a good rapport with customers and rest of the team.
- has a passion for the industry and loves a good hustle.
- has a valid RSA and COVID Hygiene Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
