**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy** Assistant Store Manager** role on a **full time** basis at **DFO Coach South Wharf**, where you will be responsible for working alongside our dynamic Cluster Manager to inspire our amazing team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having at least 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of 15, in a fast paced retail, outlet or service environment is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Due to the busy nature of retail, you will need to be available to work during peak season.
