**As Concession Manager, you will have the ability to lead and motivate a successful team, all whilst delivering exceptional customer service and have the following experience**:

- Proven experience as a Manager in a competitive retail store, preferably within the fashion industry
- Ability to build a positive, motivated and successful team
- Proven capability in reaching sales targets and incentives
- Outstanding communication and people management skills
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Experience in rostering, managing budgets and stock management
- Strong merchandise standards and store presentation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of computer systems
- The ability to understand and drive the Blue Illusion Culture and Values within your team

**We require**:

- A minimum of 3 years managing a customer service team and/or store
- A passion for achieving financial targets, developing business opportunities and supporting initiatives
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening trading hours
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems
