**Job Title: Bar Attendant / Mixologist**

**Location**: Penrith Area
**Schedule**: Thursday to Saturday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
**Employment Type**: Casual / Part-Time

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Bar Attendant / Mixologist** to join our hospitality team in the Penrith area. This role is perfect for a passionate and customer-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant bar environment and enjoys creating exceptional drink experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation**: Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding service with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Stock Management**: Take ownership of weekly ordering and maintain accurate stock levels through regular stocktaking.
- **Bar Setup & Close**: Prepare the bar before service and ensure a clean and organised closing each night.
- **Compliance**: Uphold RSA standards, hygiene protocols, and venue safety procedures at all times.
- **Team Contribution**: Collaborate with fellow staff and management to deliver a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in bartending or mixology.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a busy bar environment.
- Attention to detail in both drink presentation and cleanliness.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

Pay: Up to $42.99 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
