Admin/receptionist

Our Operations team has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join Art of Gelato.

You'll be joining a small team of exciting individuals who are keen to help you develop foundation skill in a career in business.

This is a chance to work with an industry leading company that makes amazing gelato products supplied to the hospitality sector.

This position is ideal for a hands-on individual looking to gain or who has experience using accounting software such as Xero.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and administrative support in our business.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
**Client Coordination**
- Taking order from clients
- Processing invoices
- Daily delivery dispatch
- Following up with clients for payment

**Internal Support**
- Communicating internal messages between different business departments
- Managing order with our suppliers
- Processing bills for payment
- Supporting general staff queries

**General Duties**
- Data Entry
- Filing documents
- Making incoming and outgoing calls
- Supporting our retail team
- Cleaning the office

**Key Requirements**

No formal experience is required but is preferred.

Availability to work Monday to Friday

This position is a full time opportunity.
