**Warehouse Supervisor | Hoppers Crossing | Full Time**

**About the role**
- Safety team member, RSA and compliance
- Ensure all activities are done within legislative and company guidelines including CoR, weight compliance.
- Business partnering and collaboration
- Keep safety and service at the forefront in all activities puts people Support the customer delivery culture and results
- Team feedback and engagement in planning ensure proactive communication to the key stakeholders on delays within the network.
- Detailing and co-ordinating activities of other storeworkers and acting in a leading hand capacity for casual workers or contract drivers.
- Maintaining control registers including inventory control and being responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of regular reports or stock movement, dispatches, etc
- Assist in warehouse duties as required
- sorting freight, complete administration duties and maintain a safe & clean workplace
- This position will see you working Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about improving our customer propositions through operational excellence combined with technology enablement.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exercising skills attained through the successful completion of an appropriate warehousing certificate
