**Position Title**:**Windscreen Fitter (Experienced or Trainee)

**Location**:Geebung, QLD and other locations across Southeast Queensland

**Employment Type**:**Full-time - 40 hours per week

**Salary**: Starting from $76,515 per annum, negotiable based on experience

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The position offers stable full-time employment with opportunities for training and career development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform windscreen and auto glass repairs and replacements on-site and at customer locations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in automotive glass fitting is desirable but not essential (trainee positions available).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Relevant automotive trade qualifications.
- Experience working with a range of vehicle types.
