We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following roles
- Gaming Attendants
- Cocktail Bar Attendants

These roles are ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in either mixology and or gaming operations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment within our bar and gaming areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with flair and precision.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system.
- Assist and engage with patrons in the gaming area, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Operate and maintain gaming machines, ensuring they are clean, functional, and compliant with regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Understanding of gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights up to 4.30am, weekends, and public holidays.
