As an Executive Manager - Work Health & Safety, you will lead a team and assume responsibilities for all Aldi WH&S practices including policy, systems and largely project management. In this role, you will be the WH&S expert and have substantial influence over the future of Aldi’s WH&S practices.
**What does the role look like?**
- Lead a team of WH&S professionals
- Drive the design, planning, development of Aldi’s current and future WH&S strategies
- Develop, maintain, and implement WH&S initiatives including internal controls, policies, etc.
- Undertake internal audits, with a focus of identifying WH&S improvement opportunities
- As a WH&S SME, provide technical expertise to relevant stakeholders
- Engage with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations and influencing key decisions
**What’s in it for you?**
- Transparent tiered salary range of $133,250- $179,000 including superannuation
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Permanent full-time opportunity or 4 days part-time (job sharing)

- Hybrid working model, with up to 2 days per week working from home (WFH)

**What we need from you?**
- Demonstrated WH&S experience within a leadership role
- In-depth understanding of WH&S trends, policies, and legislation
- Proven experience in end to end, large scale project management
- Demonstrated experience business partnering and engaging stakeholders
- Tertiary qualified in WH&S or Law highly regarded
- FMCG/Retail experience advantageous, but not essential
