**Daily tasks and responsibilities**:
Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.
Slides four whole raw 2-3kg chickens onto skewers and positions skewers on cart. Loads skewers of chickens into rotisserie rotator slots and presses button to rotate for loading oven. Inserts thermometer into chicken to test for temperature. Labels trays and lids. Slides chickens off skewers and packages in domed trays and moves to heated display case.
Follows Costco formulas and diagrams and monitors finished product to see that department consistency and quality standards are met. Complies with health code, such as sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates. Upholds safety and security procedures.handling procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous member service.
During AM shift, performs preventive maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements. Cleans ovens and equipment by disassembling and spraying with cleaning and sanitizing agent, and wiping down inside oven and base. Washes and sanitizes parts in 3-compartment sink or commercial dishwasher. During PM shift, cleans Deli area by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping, scrubbing, pressure washing. Operates commercial dishwasher to clean pans and utensils. Empties drain screens, empties trash. Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler. Cleans rotisserie ovens and hood by spraying and wiping down with degreasing compound.
Cleans skewers using power soak skewer tank and empties and cleans grease caddies as needed
Counts product on hand, figures production needs, and documents production on daily form. Fills out time and temperature record forms. Records product to be salvaged, damaged, or destroyed for Manager audit. Completes sanitation checklist after final cleanup
Pulls ingredients and supplies from warehouse. Stocks large volume ingredients to shelves, cooler and freezer. Stages ingredients to preparation area and refills dispensing machines. Complies with health regulations, such as sanitation, temperatures, product rotation and expiration dates.
Assists with additional service deli food preparation and packaging duties.
Assists with monthly inventory

Assists with front end duties as necessary.
Assists other areas in the department as necessary.
