**Recruitment Specialist**

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play an integral role in the acquisition of staff for our newest project, the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport. This project involves the construction of 70,000 precast concrete tunnel segments that spans 9.8 km.

**About the role**

Working closely with the hiring managers and other stakeholders, this is a hands-on role comprising of end-to-end recruitment, with a key involvement in the workforce planning process to ensure an adequate supply of talent which is pivotal to meeting our project objectives. Critical to this is the ability to review and come up with solutions to further enhance our sourcing and talent retention strategies.

The onboarding of our new employees is an integral part of the recruitment process, and as such vital to this role is ensuring this transition is a seamless and welcoming experience.

This position is based right on the train line at Wacol and is for a fixed term duration to the meet the requirements of the project.

**About you**

We are looking for a solutions focussed individual who has energy and a passion for being creative, along with
- Tertiary qualification preferred in Human Resources or a relative discipline. Consideration will be given to applicants who are studying towards this and can demonstrate reasonable experience in the field
- 5 years minimum experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Previous experience with workforce planning
- A proven track record of handling high volume recruitment for a diverse range of roles
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
- Enjoys having fun at work and working alongside a supportive team
