About the role
Located in Toowoomba, We're seeking a proficient Maintenance fitter to oversee a team dedicated to general maintenance, breakdown resolution, and ensuring seamless plant operations.
This ongoing casual position offers prospects for permanent placement, starting at 7.30 am, Monday to Friday, with a competitive rate of $50 per hour

**Responsibilities**: Supervise and perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on conveyor machinery and equipment. Carry out preventative maintenance Delegate tasks effectively, overseeing one fitter Coordinate with specialised contractors to maintain operational efficiency.

**Requirements**: Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter Prior experience in the Agriculture industry is advantageous. forklift license - highly regarded. Strong troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills senior or leading hand experience is highly regarded.
