our New Position

Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, we are looking for experienced Barista/Café Allrounders to join our team on a casual basis. We have several positions in Front of House, Back of House (Kitchen hand) and Barista.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Experience with Coffee and a passion for hospitality, food and customer service
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- An approachable demeanour and confidence to engage with customers
- A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- A minimum of 6 MONTHS fast food or restaurant experience is preferred
