**Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant (Dental Support Staff - combined duties)**

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant (Dental Support Staff - a person who can do different roles and step in each role as needed) to join **a Dental Practice operating in two locations **in the South-side Brisbane.

**Work Hours: Flexible (working arrangement can be negotiated), 25% leave loading offered on hourly rate, 10.5% superannuation**

**There may be opportunity to work full time on occasions and in future.**

**The workplace is very conveniently located for people living in** **South Brisbane (Mt Gravatt, Springwood, Daisy Hill, Shailer Park, Cornubia, Logan, Beenleigh and surrounding area), Northern Gold Coast (Ormeau, Pimpama) and southern suburbs of Red Land Bay (Mt Cotton, Vicki Point, Cleveland).**

You will be joining a supportive work environment that has a strong emphasis on providing a high-quality service to their patients.

THE ROLE:

- Working in a close-knit team
- Perform a wide array of tasks that can change daily; Schedule appointments, handle billing responsibilities, patient recall and reminders, and collecting fees and settlement.
- Perform Chair-side duties including participation in surgical procedures
- Will also help in infection control (steri-room duties) and other aspects of smooth clinical operation
- Multi-tasking and willingness to jump in to help others.

BENEFITS:

- Paying between $27 - $37 per hour (**We follow ADA pay guidelines, our pay structure surpasses the minimum awards, experience will be well rewarded**) + 10.5% Superannuation in line with Government Guidelines

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

COVID-19 considerations:
Up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccination is recommended.

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
