**Experience**:

- 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Sound experience and knowledge of coffee production

**Skills**:

- Strong fundamental coffee making techniques
- Reliable, self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines

Casual role with the potential for a permanent part time role in the future.
