Bush Regenerator Officer

Phoenix Environmental Services is currently seeking part time and casual Bush Regenerators for projects across the Greater Brisbane Region, Sunshine Coast, and the Fraser Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality vegetation management and restoration projects for Local, State and Federal government, primarily within the Mining Sector.

Essential Skills we are seeking:

- **Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or environmental related discipline.**:

- SEQ weed identification and native plant identification skills.
- Construction Induction Card - essential
- ACDC Licence and demonstrated experience in high volume herbicide spraying units and back-pack sprayers.
- Level 1 Chainsaw Licence (Level 2 desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Class C driver’s License.
- Adequate level of physical fitness
- Experience and a passion for practical environmental restoration and weed
- Proven ability to work in remote bushlands under various weather conditions and terrain.

**Bonus skills**:

- Skid Steer Loader Operations
- Tractor Operations
- Class MR driver’s Licence
- Boat Licence

**Due to the location of sites, own reliable transport and valid licence is a must.** Occasional work away from home required. Award wages apply.
