**Role**:The Roustabout will play a critical support role in the successful execution of the Shell turnaround project, providing assistance with general labor tasks, material handling, equipment preparation, and site maintenance. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, physical stamina, and the ability to adapt to various tasks in a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of physical tasks, including site cleanup, manual handling, and setting up equipment as required.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic duties to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
- Material Handling and Stores Assistance
- Support the receipt, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment within the stores.
- Ensure materials are correctly logged, tracked, and delivered to work areas promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and readiness of tools and equipment for operational use
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide flexible support across different project areas, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the efficient execution of tasks by working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- White Card (Construction Industry Induction).
- Working at Heights (WAH) certification.
- Confined Space Entry certification.
- Gas Test Atmosphere certification (preferred).
- Experience in general labor, equipment handling, or stores management.
- Previous experience working in turnaround or industrial project environments

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
