**Salary**: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + Superannuation

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team at our Ravenhall facility. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand development as we expand our national footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create compelling content across digital channels, packaging, and promotional materials
- Coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, and brand activations
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities
- Analyse marketing performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent branding
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Support pricing and promotional strategies through data insights

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience handling international or culturally diverse markets (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passion for food, culture, and authentic brand storytelling
