Seeking outgoing individuals to join our team in our exciting new store in Dural. Due to open late February early March 2025 Interviews for these positions will commence during the first week of February.
People are the driving force behind any successful business. That is why we are focused on finding bubbly, outgoing, hard working and ambitious people that are positive influences in our stores. Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts who love working at Harris Farm Markets and are able to add that extra something for our loyal customers. We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers
- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food
- Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
- Maintain back stock in good order
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
- Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
The right type of person:
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers
- Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
- Flexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days
**Please Note - Interviews will commence for these roles during the first week of February 2025.
