**Job Summary**:
Join Eftsure's Professional Services Team to deliver high-quality service to our customers and internal stakeholders. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting integration projects, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring smooth technical delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support existing integration projects by providing exceptional service.
- Understand and document customers' business needs and integration requirements.
- Conduct API testing to ensure readiness for new releases.
- Investigate, replicate, and resolve integration issues; escalate by creating Jira tickets when needed.
- Collaborate across teams while adhering to Eftsure's core values.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Required**:
- IT degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in integration roles.
- **Preferred**:
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Background in SaaS and dynamic environments is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable and capable of building strong professional relationships.
