Our Ballarat Site Maintenance Team is looking for a dynamic leader to coordinate & assist with the activities of Electricians in effectively assembling, installing, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing & wiring electrical equipment for food processing plant equipment & auxiliaries.

**About the Role**
- Create & maintain a Healthy and Safe Working Environment
- Plan and Schedule Electrical Maintenance activities & ISO Calibrations
- Coordinate maintenance activities for the Electrical Department
- Maintain Electrical Department Procedures & documentation
- Interpret & modify electrical diagrams
- Identify, monitor and procure spare parts and material
- Coordinate &assess training of electricians and apprentices
- Supervise assembly & installation of electrical distribution and control equipment

**About You**
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Experience in Leadership role.
- Experience with industrial electrical roles
- “A”Grade electrical license & electrical trade certificate
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills paired with effective leadership attributes

**Desirable Skills**:

- Allen Bradley PLC Skills and understanding is highly desirable
- Experience in High Voltage switching
- Experience in continuous manufacturing and High Speed Packaging

Your leadership skills and experience will set you up for success in this role. This leadership experience may have been gained as a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Supervisor role so we’re open to various levels of leadership and what you have to offer in this space.
