We are currently seeking a retail supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Sydney Flagship Store, located in Rosebery.

Your role is focused on offering TileCloud customers a unique experience and turning their dreams into a TileCloud reality. You’ll also help management with implementing and streamlining processes and procedures to help grow the business and increase productivity.

**How you will contribute**
- Assist customers with determining a product selection and placement for their renovation or new build, supplying relevant samples and quoting services with the aim of closing the sale
- Prepare tile plans and/or supporting visual aids to customers
- Display an in-depth knowledge of the TileCloud product range and maintain current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in design
- Up-sell additional products such as matching grout and silicone, tapware, and care & maintenance products
- Process sales, take payments, process click & collect orders and support customer service team with general enquiries
- Maintain a clean and tidy showroom, ensuring all visual merchandising is neat and up to date with current trends
- Conduct a supervisory role with the showroom team, assist with rostering and be the first point of escalation
- Align to the company’s growth aspirations by assisting with various projects on an ad hoc basis

Tuesday - Saturday availability (37 hours per week)

Part time role with the potential to move to a full time position

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail: 3 years (required)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
