**Role Overview**:
As a Motel Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our motel facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and replenished as needed.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including carpet shampooing and furniture polishing.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and paper products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
