We are seeking an experienced and driven **Store Manager** to take charge of daily operations and lead our team with confidence and care. This is a full-time position (45 hours per week), ideal for someone with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, motivate, and support front and back-of-house staff
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support marketing and promotional activities to boost sales
- Monitor store performance and work towards financial and sales targets
- Drive ongoing improvements in service, efficiency, and team performance

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a hospitality or retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
