**CRITERIA**
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check - This is a risk assessed role
- Current driver's license and vehicle
- Smartphone to access internal communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and responsible disposition
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

**DESIRABLE**
- Relevant experience in the care services industry is desirable but not essential
- Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or similar

‘All About Caring’ has been providing consumer-directed disability support services since 2001, with a mission to enable people who access our service to live independently, and to enhance their quality of life. The Program Partners (clients) we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, with a high proportion of Program Partners requiring support for complex care.

We are seeking casual Support Partners (support workers) to join our team as our organisation is growing steadily. Our Support Partners provide in-home and community support in line with the Program Partners goals and Support Plan.

Our ideal Support Partners is passionate about delivering holistic care services, is dedicated to forming strong and nurturing relationships, and has a genuine desire to enable our Program Partners to achieve their goals. The duties of our Support Partners are specific to each Program Partners and may change each day. It is a diverse role, and the focus is always on supporting our Program Partners to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

**HOW TO APPLY**:

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
