**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Members** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our **Rouse Hill **store in NSW. This position is for 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as required. The positions will require daytime availability.

As an integral member of the Rouse Hill ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member, your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- A willingness to learn and develop

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to $22.40 per hour
