**The Role**

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of business leaders? PLC is seeking a dynamic and committed educator to join our team from the start of 2026 as **Head of Business Studies.**

This role offers a full-time, permanent teaching appointment and a 5-year fixed term Position of Responsibility as Head of Business Studies (with the option for review and reappointment).

**About You**

You are a qualified, experienced teacher who is preferably proficient in teaching VCE Economics and Accounting.

Known as a leader and mentor, you are a contemporary and forward-thinking educator who thrives in working in a high performing school culture. You will confidently lead a Department that encompasses Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Legal Studies, Commerce and Politics.

You will represent a positive role model for young women, be able to relate well to students, colleagues and parents, and be committed to the integrity and Christian ethos of the College.
