Lead, inspire, and bring out the best in our amazing café crew.

Make sure our coffee and food aren’t just good-they’re legendary.

Create a vibe in the café that makes people want to hang out all day.

Keep things running like a well-oiled (coffee) machine-from stock levels to staff

schedules.

Be the friendly face of Durk’s, connecting with our local community.

Sprinkle a little magic on those everyday moments to turn first-time visitors into

regulars.

Previous experience running a café or leading a hospitality team.

A knack for turning a busy café floor into organised chaos (in the best way).
