**What is the role?**

The Groove Train - **Knox **team is after an experienced **Supervisor** with a passion for food and beverage and a focus on providing consistent high-quality service.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience leading, managing, inspiring and training teams in hospitality or in a customer service environment;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ensuring all processes and systems are understood by the team and followed;
- Recruit, roster, manage and mentor a team who share your passion for exceptional customer service;
- Effectively manage risk, driving productivity and compliance;
- Focus on improving and empowering your teams effectively;
- Proven ability to articulate and meet KPI’s through engaging, training and empowering your team;
- Target orientated and career driven.

**Salary**: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour
