**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the DECJUBA brand continues to grow, our Store Development team are looking for a talented and skilled Draftsperon to join the team. You will work directly with our Store Development Director and project management team on curating store layouts and drawing packs.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for fixture design drawings and renders for various project across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a fundamental force of DECJUBA’s growth.

**As a Draftsperson at DECJUBA, you will**:

- Follow specifications to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with appropriate programs/systems.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the SD team.
- Liaise with Architects and Engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with required regulations.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Complete all required documentation
- Maintain knowledge of building regulations

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 to 7 years’ experience
- Required 2 years’ experience as a Draftsperson within retail design
- Relevant qualification in drafting (Diploma)
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrate and/or similar
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in an agile environment
- Excellent time and people management skills
