**Requirements**:

- Must have a licence and own form of transportation
- Must be highly organised with a creative eye and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate initiative critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Must represent the brand in the utmost professional manner

Job Details:

- Helping out with day to day jobs I cannot attend too
- Day to day errands
- House duties
- Editing videos and getting to use my online platform
- Unpacking and packing
- Preparation of lunch breaks & coffees
- Attending to children when and if needed
- Printing off documents when needed
- Building and setting up office spaces
- Administration duties - Printing all relevant documentation and ensuring every member who enters the set has signed, witnessed and returned all relevant documentation prior to set start time
- Maintaining a clean environment

- MUST BE:

- Highly organised with an extreme attention to detail
- Able to work in fast paced and high-stress environments
- The ability to follow and implement schedules. This includes always being pre prepared and one step ahead.
- Problem solving capabilities, including understanding how to prevent and respond to a range of issues by thinking rationally and without panicking
- Able to function in chaotic environments and bring order to chaos necessary
- High critical thinking skills. Even with clear schedules, sets can be an ever changing environment for a range of reasons, and its important to have the ability to generate ideas and alternatives solutions to ensure the maintenance of consistent flow and that schedule targets are met regardless.
- Show initiative and self motivation without over stepping the described role
- Have a clear understanding of urgent and non urgent issues (to be discussed further)
- Be able to take constructive criticism
- Represent the brand in the upmost professional manner
- Maintain a positive mindset
- BE ABLE TO HAVE A LAUGH, TAKE A JOKE AND HAVE FUN

Prior PA experienced is preferred however not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
