**Role**:
**In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to**:

- Lead the development and implementation of AEM Sites solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design and development of AEM
- Provide technical expertise in Adobe AEM to optimize and enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions with other systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all AEM development activities.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Auto
- Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
- Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Have in-depth knowledge of AEM
- OSGI Services ensuring the development of modular and maintainable code.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe AEM leveraging its features to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Exhibit domain expertise in Auto
- Claims understanding the specific requirements and challenges of the industry.
- Show experience in Property & Casualty Insurance ensuring solutions are aligned with industry standards.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Have strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
- Exhibit a proactive approach taking initiative to drive project success and innovation.
- Ensure attention to detail maintaining high standards in all development activities.
